Long story short, my Belkin UltraGlass 2 for my 16 Pro Max shattered. I filed a warranty claim with Belkin and it took over a month for them to ship out a new one.

Since that time I've moved on to a 17 Pro Max.

Is it possible for an Apple Store employee to install the replacement UltraGlass 2 for 16 Pro Max on my 17 Pro Max?

I am finding this warranty to be very slow. Most companies I interact with respond within 1-2 days. I submitted my warranty claim last Sunday and have heard nothing from Belkin. They sent an email saying the wait times are long and to not email them about it because that will result in further delays.

Thank you for submitting your warranty replacement request to Belkin. We have received your case and our team will review it carefully. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you directly.

We understand that there may be some delays due to the current high volume of request. To avoid further processing delays, we kindly ask that you refrain from creating or submitting additional cases for the same request. Rest assured, we have your submission on file and will provide you with an update as soon as it has been processed.

Please also avoid replying to this email to prevent any delays in processing your case.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

It took about 2 weeks to get to me from my warranty claim. I'm not sure what Belkin expects us to do in between that time frame.

For the record, I was able to get my 16PM protector installed on my 17PM at the Apple Store. The associate did say it wouldn't fit perfect, but it's fine for me.
