Has anyone else run into this issue with Belkin ordering?

I ordered a Wemo Doorbell last night using Apple Pay. Got a call this morning from someone obviously not in the US asking me to call them back so my order doesn't get canceled. I Googled the number and I couldn't find it on Belkin's website but Belkin was the first hit. I then called the number back and it went to Belkin Fraud. I hung up because the whole thing seemed sketchy. I Googled for Belkin Fraud and found absolutely nothing, which makes it seem sketchier. I did get an email from support@belkin.com asking me to call them and it did have the proper order number. But still, it all seems super sketchy. Anyone else have anything like this happen to them and is it legit?

In this instance, I would call the number on the official website and go from there instead of doing reverse lookups and such.

Where did you order it from? Apple or Amazon or ???? I would Cancle this order with your Apple Pay untill you can get this fixed.
Also change your Apple Pay passwords.

UPDATE: So I called Belkin's customer support number on their website who confirmed the call and email I got were legitimate and to follow the instructions in the email. I called Belkin Fraud back and they just wanted to confirm the address and email. The whole thing has left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth and I can pretty much assure y'all this will be

1) the last time I order from Belkin's website if not purchase a Belkin product entirely and
2) I'll be changing my Apple Card number as soon as this payment posts (thank goodness I used it)

The whole thing just felt so sketchy. But they didn't ask me for any info they didn't already have and didn't ask me for a card number or anything else that felt scammy. Alas.
