Belkin today announced that several of its new wireless charging accessories that first debuted at CES are now available for purchase on Amazon and from other third-party retailers.

The Soundform Elite Smart Speaker + Wireless Charger, priced at $300, combines wireless charging capabilities with speaker technology from Devialet. It looks a bit like a HomePod with the top cut off to provide a wireless charging spot for an iPhone, and it works with Google Assistant.

Belkin's Boost Charge 3-in-1 Wireless Charger, priced at $120, can charge an iPhone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch all at once. It has a sleek, compact design with an upright charging platform for an iPhone, a charging puck for the Apple Watch, and a space between the Apple Watch's band to charge the AirPods.

Available for $50, Belkin's Dual Wireless Charging Pads offer fast 7.5W charging for two iPhones at once through a single charging pad that has a dual-device design.

All of the wireless chargers listed above are available for purchase from Belkin and from Amazon as of today.

$300 for a speaker you can't hear beforehand has to be a hard sell.

I agree. I personally would just opt for a HomePod [Which has some heavy discounts with another successor incoming] and then a $15 wireless charger off Amazon. I see the convenience of an ‘all in one ‘device, but for $300? Belkin’s price is probably marked higher simply because of the ‘Belkin’ title attached.

It’s priced higher because of the sound development by Devialet, would be my guess. It will be interesting to see what reviewers think of the sound. That original Devialet speaker sounded really great, but I think I read that it was plagued by issues.

This is the kind of thing that needs to be in-store on display somewhere.

I just won't ever roll the dice on speakers without hearing them first (at least not at this price point)

not true. Website clearly states that this crappy overpriced charger requires the USB-A Port to be used to charge the AirPods or other 3rd device.
From the Amazon Description, emphasis mine: https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Wireless-Charger-Charging-Station/dp/B086KNLM5M/

Charge your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods faster and all at once with our three-in-one charging dock. There’s a 7.5W wireless charging pad for the iPhone, a magnetic charging module for the Apple Watch, and a 5W pad to wirelessly charge your AirPods.

I've been looking forward to this. Was supposed to come out last month and for $109 instead of $119 when originally announced at CES. I've just ordered it.

My apologies, I can see from your description you’re correct but maybe it isnt viewable for some countries because that Amazon link doesn’t take me to the product mentioned and the Belkin website doesn’t list a model with 5w charger for the AirPods either (for me)

I answered only after visiting the link and looking carefully at the specifications. Don't be so quick to judge in future, please....

Don't be so quick to judge in future, please. There’s clearly something wrong with the Amazon link. For a start it has a picture of a different product (a rounded one rather than the sharp cornered one pictured above). Strangely I also saw the text about USB-A for AirPod charging the first time I looked, but now I don’t.

What? The link worked for me and I answered correctly. Just because the image differs from the link doesn't mean I don't wrong.

I was then incorrectly "corrected" by firefuze who then realized the error of their post, and now you come and further attempt to "correct" me?

Wow...just wow...SMH

And next time, try some originality in your posts, please.

Wait what? So your attitude is fine when you say “don't be so quick to judge in future, please” but when it’s turned back around on you it’s not fine? I am not making any comment on what was displayed when you opened the link, or when the other poster opened the link. I’m saying when you accused the other poster of judging too quickly you were judging too quickly, because there does appear to be a problem with the Amazon link or listing. I’m not saying what that problem is exactly, I don’t think we should be quick to judge.

Ok buddy, sure, whatever. You carry on with your revisionist view then...

Not sure I follow you there. Can you point out where I was being revisionist?

1. The link, as posted, resolved to the item I referenced in my original answer.

2. Firefuze stated I was wrong after viewing a different item, as the link didn't resolve correctly for them.

3. Macduke confirmed my information and corrected Firefuze.

4. Firefuze apologized to Macduke upon realizing the error was theirs.

5. I reply to Firefuze stating why I said what I did.

6. You then rush in out of nowhere admonishing me for apparently making an error, due to the fact the link for you also didn't apparently resolve correctly, to wit: because there does appear to be a problem

A question was asked, and I answered it according to the link that fully resolved to Amazon. Both yourself and Firefuze apparently saw a different product with different specifications. Firefuze admitted as such.

And here you are telling me I was quick to judge after Firefuze admitted their error...?

You could have simply stated that the link didn't resolve correctly for you either. That would have been perfectly acceptable and an interesting data point.

However you choose instead to take it upon yourself to personally admonish me due to your information being also apparently incorrect.

That's the revisionist history I spoke of.

You came from nowhere into this and decided to put your 2 pennies in on a sub-conversation you had no previous part in, and decided to join in for reasons which I've still no idea about.

And with that, I'm done with this particular line of questioning.

The image of the Belkin dock with the Apple Watch is specifically the BOOST UP model sold exclusively by Apple. It is not $120. The link is to Belkin's less expensive and less "exclusive" Belkin wireless charging pad. There are some pretty significant differences between the products. Suggestion, fix the image to reflect the actual product you're linking to.

Ok, I'll try to remember to follow up when it gets here Friday. This is exactly what I've been looking and waiting for since CES. I've seen some other companies attempt it, but this is setup exactly how I want it. The only thing it's missing is a USB-C port on the back to charge an iPad Pro, but that's not a big deal for me.

I can’t attest to the sound of this device, so I won’t knock it. But I think in terms of what Belkin is charging and how this would stack up against the HomePod, (mainly because it also resembles a HomePod oddly enough), I just think in terms of the ‘Bluetooth speaker category’, there’s so much competition, where exactly does this product fall and make it unique enough where someone would be willing to spend $300? That’s my ultimate question.

None of that sounds revisionist to me, but regardless: I wasn't admonishing you for your answer, I was admonishing, if you want to call it that, you for you snarky sounding "don't be so quick to judge", given that the judgment in question was perfectly valid.
