Bell and Rogers throttling bandwidth.

Noticed, no.

I have Bell's 5 meg service, and I'm getting about 4.5.

BUT, I don't download anything really, just listen to iTunes web-casts, like now, and browse the WWW.

I did kill the Bell servers though, and found a marked improvement using openDNS. I'm a semi-happy camper now. ;)
