Is anyone on Bell getting LTE? I'm in the coverage area, have the LTE toggle selected, but I'm still in 3G.

Bell Mobility - LTE

I called Bell and they said there was an LTE outage. Said it should be resolved soon. When I reset my network settings I see I'm in LTE. But when I open an app it reverts back to 3G.
