Bellsouth.net email configuration?

I turned on my iMac today, and suddenly I cannot send email. I keep getting a screen showing up, "Cannot send message using Bellsouth.net server". Does anyone else have this happening? Can someone direct me toward information showing Bellsouth.net configuration? Thanks.
