Belt Clip/Holster for Spigen iPhone 6 Case Neo Hybrid EX?

I have an iPhone 6 Case Neo Hybrid EX (http://www.spigen.com/iphone-6-case-neo-hybrid-ex-4-7.html).

I need to use a belt clip and holster at work (I wear scrubs without pockets most of the days). Any suggestions given this minimal case? Ideally I would like a belt clip that rotates so that the phone is horizontal, but any would work.

I believe the EX model is thicker than the regular version. However if the EX model is similar to the apple leather case, this may be an option
