I currently have a 2007 iMac and was thinking about upgrading to a new MBP / MBA.

I was wondering what free benchmark applications are available, that I can use to benchmark performance on my iMac, and then compare to a MBP / MBA in store?

Something that would give me an indication of disk I/O performance and video performance in iMovie would be handy.

Thanks

I'd use Geekbench to measure raw processing power, which would be useful for iMovie, and I like Xbench to measure disk performance and overall system responsiveness.
