Benchmarking Software to use with new RAM?

I am curious if there is an app or program I can run on my MBP to see how much performance I get out of adding new RAM over my older RAM?

GeekBench and XBench might help, but the actual performance gain is having more or bigger applications or documents open with the RAM being copied to the HDD, thus lowering the amount of page outs and freezes.
