I've never synced my apps before. I used to just drag the apps I like to my iPhone.
Now I am syncing. I don't see any benefit especially since I delete an app I dislike on my iPhone and then it gets added back when I sync!
But if I don't want to sync iTunes says it will delete all the info on my iPhone.
WTF!
