I just got this monitor and the text is really unclear and hard to see. Is it because it is a crappy tn panel, or is it the resolution (1920x1080) ?

Also I am trying to use Dreamweaver cs4, and the menus are impossible to read, the grey menus are way too light, and of coarse the text is too small.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Have you tried messing around with the monitor's settings to get the pixels to line-up correctly?

Sorry to sound dumb ,but how would I do that, do you mean change the resolution to the monitors native resolution?

try altering the contrast on the monitor if text seems too grey

is your display resolution on your macbook set to the correct level?
check in system preferences>displays

it shouldn't be the monitor that's the problem, its full hd which should look great, and my BenQ G2400WD which is similar to yours works perfectly with my macbook.

There should be settings on the actual monitor....not on your computer. Specifically the "phase" setting.

EDIT: Yea, and make sure the resolution is good as the post above said.Should be 1920x1080
