Bento for this?

Each week we have notes and handouts from our small group at Church plus Sermon notes from the sermon each week.

I want to start scanning in each weeks notes and save them, catalog them according to dates, main themes, scriptures used, keywords, etc.

Would Bento be of any use for this, so I could search for one of those items and it find the notes that had those associated items?
