Best 1080p monitor with VESA mount under 18lbs?

I'm looking for a good quality monitor (IPS preferred) or television that is capable of 1080p resolution, has a VESA mount, and weighs less than 18lbs. I'll need a DVI or HDMI connection, but nothing else matters. Price isn't too much of a concern as I'm just trying to see what is out there, but under $300 is preferred.
