I can't wait for E3 for one sole reason:

New Zelda trailer/actual screenshots! It's appearance has basically been promised, and i can't wait to see what Nintendo has done to the series outside of motion plus controls.

I totally forgot about that! Yea, I'd be pretty psyched to see some new Zelda stuff.

If they mention any new Mario, Zelda, LocoRoco or any Valve games then I'd walk away a happy chappy. Mindblowing news would involve the 3DS or PSP2.
