Best 3rd party mouse for casual games?

Maybe I should ask this in the gaming section but here goes...

Years ago, I bought a basic Logitech mouse to play games. The Mighty Mouse doesn't do well for games, at least for me. The main games I play is The Sims 4, SimCity 4, and Tropico 6.

I've looked at Logitech and Macally, but I'm just wondering if there's anything else out there. Also, are BT mice as responsive as the ones with radio receivers? I'd prefer not to use wireless but any dongles I'd like to be USB-C.

Logitech Master Series - expensive but lots of buttons
Logitech Triathlon M720 - Basic Mouse with a fantastic scroll wheel (my favorite for many years)

Logitech Lift - ergonomic vertical mouse (I use it for casual gaming too).
