I loaded pics from my windows computer awhile ago. Now, any mac will not recognize these photos. I'm thinking a 3rd party mac app will recognize these photos. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried image capture? That's my go-to whenever I import photos, plus it comes stock on all macs.
Yep. It doesn't recognize the photos that were put on the phone from my windows computer. Doesn't make sense...
