Best 4k frame grab app for 6s+

Hi,

Looking to get an app that outputs highest quality frame grabs from 4k video on 6s+. I tried SnapStill but it hasn't been updated in a year. It outputs a pretty small(under 1meg) jpeg. I have a 4k video camera and usually get 2-3mb files from video using another app for OSX. Thanks.
