Best 6S model to get?

Hi all! Today I'm upgrading my 6 Plus to the 6S. I want to get the unlocked model but I'm not sure which model to get. AT&T, Tmobile, Verizon full priced or unlocked. Which has the most bands? which will work better internationally? I heard that the tmobile model has an extra band for better reception but will this help with at&t coverage?

Model A1633 has the most bands. Has band 12 for T-Mobile and band 30 for AT&T.
