I am looking for a decent pair of speakers for my works. I make music and have M-Audio MIDI/Audio interface and M-Box, too. So the speakers don't have to have 1/8" input cable that's usually made for 'computer speaker'

I did some research and found Mackie, Samsom 65a, Alesis M1, etc. are good ones for monitoring and mixing. But it's a little bit more than my budget and I don't want to buy a second hand one.

How about KRK? I'm looking at rockit8 or I'm also considering Mackie MR5.

Plz recommend me any nice flat sounding speakers under $300!

*ah, I mean $300 for a pair! Plz don't recommend me M-Audio one. I tested it and had too much bass

Musicians Friend has several KRK monitors at clearance prices. Most are recently discontinued models, but have near identical specs as the newer models, etc. The KRKs are great speakers in their price range.

I use the KRK Rokit5's into an Apogee Duet interface. Expensive interface, but pretty great speakers for the price, I had a pair or Alesis first and they were pretty crappy out of the box (horrid buzzing sound) so I returned them and got these.
