What is a good program to use to transfer music/pictures/movies other than Itunes?

edit:
include anyway windows program you know that can do this too. i want to be able to get my photos off of this without syncing.

It supports firmware 3.1.3 but I don't know if it supports 4 yet, if it doesn't I'm sure it will be updated.

What exactly do you want that iTunes doesn't offer you?

Not sure about the OP but for me what iTunes doesn't provide is: stability, speed, consistency, or intuitive UI. It's the single most bloated piece of crapware on my Macs and my PCs. The back end database is horrible and pukes on large music collections. It wants to update just about every other week (it seems at times) and always wants to update the library, determine gapless playback (even though it's done it before). It's just a big steaming pile o' poo.
