Best alternative to Tunes Sweeper

I just added a ton of songs in my iTunes library on my PC and there is about 1800 or so that are duplicates. Rather then just go in individually or manually and delete them I found a program called Tunes Sweeper and it looks like it can do the trick but it $20. Does anyone have a free alternative that they can suggest?
