Best and Safest way to ship MBP/imac to my country ?

I have a cousin who is in Miami, He may buy MBP or imac (not sure) for me.

I live in Kuwait (middle-east)

Should he bring it with him in plane ? Or ship it by shipping company (which one is cheapest) ?

Any suggestions ? Anyone done this before ?
