I just have to share this awesome app.
Everyone here may already know about it, but in my searches I found about it on another forum.
If you hate that iPhoto launches with your iTouch or iPhone, and you don't like the only solution of changes prefs in Image Capture...Try this

iWoopie my fav new app!

Personally, I discovered an app I really luv... iWoopie. It allows you to view YouTube video and save them to your iPod Touch! Gotta luv it! Btw, did I mention that it's FREE???
