Best App for Creating Flow Charts?

Hey Peeps,

I'm looking for an I can use to create flow charts in Mountain Lion. I am going to be creating training sheets for new starters at work. I will be doing this in my own time and I know work will not pay for the software so the cheaper it is the better

I have seen web based solutions but would much rather have software on my machine.
