Best app for editing Exif and location data?

I am looking for a good app for both Mac and iOS for editing Exif and location data in photos. I've figured out how to add approximate Geotags in the Photos App for pictures that don't have any GPS data, but what's the best app to strip the location data for when I need to send photos via email or iMessage?

Also I am looking for a good app to strip location data from photos when I use iMessage on my iPhone/Pad, or emailing or posting to Facebook, etc. I found an app called Metapho for iOS, but I was wondering if there are any recommendations from the forum.

Mac only, but Graphic Converter is great for georeferencing and manipulating exif and IPTC. And lotsa other stuff. Doing all that is tougher on iOS.

HoudahGeo is another good application on the Mac for georeferencing. Use it in conjunction with gps4mac on an iphone for the best way to match GPS tracks with images automatically.
