Best app for flac and ogg files?

Hi,

I've recently moved to the Mac from windows and rip lots of my CDs to flac and ogg vorbis format. What's the best player for these files? I'd love to be able to play them in iTunes if possible - is there a plugin for iTunes for these formats?
