Best app for gym / loyalty card storage scanning?

I'm looking for an app like CardBank, but one that actually works. I would like to input my gym / loyalty bar code numbers into my phone so they can just scan my phone rather than me having all these tags hanging from my keys.

Cardbank won't output my gyms bar code. I think it's bugged. Anyone have another good recommendation?

Give Key Ring a shot. I've got it, never had something it couldn't scan, and if so you can manually input numbers as well
