Best app for screen video capture (with zoom)?

Hi,

I'm testing Snapz Pro X and like it but it doesn't allow zooming to a particular part of the screen. I am creating a short software tip tutorial for a friend and would like to zoom in on certain parts of the screen for emphasis.

What app allows zooming or is a post-production effect?
