Best app to edit Photos time/date stamp and gps location

hi

I’m looking for a good app that will allow me to edit time/date and gps location in my Photos library.

Is there an app/extension for the Photos app that will allow me to do that?

I want to try moving away from my Mac and use iPad only but this functionality is obviously missing in the Photos app.
