Best App to transfer Itunes library from Ipad

Sorry if I am in the wrong area was not sure if this was an app or another area question. Long story short hard drive on my mac crashed and I lost all my playlists and non-purchased music. I have it on my ipad2 and would like to transfer it back as well as about 8000 pics I also have on my Ipad and lost on my mac. Any advice on the best app for transferring from ipad to mac for these things? I had a look in the forums but could not seem to find anything. Any advice would be appreciated.

Everything on your iPad can be transferred using iTunes on your Mac.

Senuti is great for music. I think everything else can easily can be transferred back as well using the about info.
