Best Apple Conference to Attend?

Just a quick question - what is the best Apple Conference?

I live in little New Zealand and I'm off jetsetting around the UK, Europe next year and with stopovers in the USA and trying to plan my trip so I can attend an Expo.

Any suggestions? (Macworld SF is out because of the timing)
