2021 11 inch iPad Pro M1 is $630 at Costco. Grabbed one. Space grey is sold out but silver is still available. Not as good as the $599 Walmart deal few days ago but still good considering Costco warranty and return, if necessary.
Costco offering 512g iPP 11" (M1) at $899, but throw it in your cart and they give you another $75 off! That's not even counting the 2% Costco rewards, or the 2% if you use their Visa, both of which add up to ~$38. Plus their current return window is a whopping 90 days!

This is an amazing deal, and makes up for me missing last week's (now inferior) $849 512g offering. I will be using this device to compare against the M2 iPP 11", and run some Stage Manager with External Display testing on my own (instead of just reading about it).

Little bummed they charge $5 for shipping or pickup.

I'm paying $905 for an objectively better iPad (and more storage: 512g vs 256g), while I got our 11" 2018 iPP for $949 (all taxes excluded in this convo) FOUR YEARS AGO. I just can't even believe this, lol!🍻

I’ll get flamed for saying this but I don’t know how anyone spends $900+ on an iPad and feels good about it when a $300 iPad does the same thing. I’d rather just buy a MacBook Air. To each their own.

I can see where you’re coming from. I have the iPP M1 [using it to edit Canon R5 images] and it doesn’t show any signs of being slow. Most of the software for iPad doesn’t even come close to pushing its performance envelope.

$99 for AppleCare+ makes it over $1000. That's still a great deal but I'm hoping the 256gb wifi only model is restocked..

I get it. I’m honestly not sure I’m going to keep this model, but the amazing discount, long return period, and imminent release of two highly-anticipated iOS features (Stage Manager with External Display support, and iCould shared photo library for my family) were too tempting to pass up. I’ll probably go with monthly AppleCare+ anyway.

Costco's return process for online purchases of expensive items (which this is part of) is awful the last couple years. They will drag their feet and lie to you endlessly. The only way to get your money back is disputing the charge.
