I'm copying a bunch of data off of old hard drives onto new ones, and after a terabyte or two of what looks like identical copies (just visually comparing the file size of folders) I just copied some more and I noticed that there is a difference of about 0.2% in file size. Is there an application where I can show it both folders and have it dig into all of them and let me know what subfolders and files are not perfect matches? Thank you!

I use Duplicate File Finder a lot. Generally very good at finding exact duplicate or similar files and folders. I sometimes see very small differences in size between source and copied files, I presume caused by hardware details of the two drives. Maybe someone else can weigh in on the last point, because I’m curious also?
