Best apps for downloading all photos of Flickr User

There seems to be some apps that allow to download app photos of Flickr user or all photos of tag with out logging in but few i have tried are not that nice.

What do you recommend?
 
You could write a script that does this but I'm not sure Flickr really wants you to use the site like that.
