Best apps for photo editing

My wife is really excited about taking pictures and photo editing with the iPad. I read a post on iPhoto and Photoshop Touch. She wants to know if these are the best apps or if there are others you would recommend.

I've been tinkering with iPhoto on the iPad 2 and I love it. Watch the Verge video as well on the homepage of MacRumors they show a brief "clone" demo.
