best apps to organise pdf/docs on iPad?

Hi guys,
I tend to read word docs or pdf's on my pc. All relating to different things. I have hundred's of them relating to different things. Organisation is the beauty of using a pc over an ibooks in iPad that just bundles all of my docs together.


Please can you recommend Apps (paid/free) that allows me to store & organise my pdf's/docs on my iPad for easy viewing/reading
