Best Armband for iPhone 5 without case

I've searched the forum but didn't find anything that I'm specifically looking for.

What is the best armband for the iPhone 5 without a case that fits these criteria?

- Suitable for running and gym exercises
- Waterproof in case it starts raining
- Sweatproof, so the sweat from the arm doesn't get to the iPhone
- Comfortable to wear, not too heavy
- Solution for preventing dangling headphones
- Room for keys, credit cards and some pocket money
- Stylish and well designed (it's a matter of taste, but still)

I know these are a lot of criteria, but maybe one of you knows a good fit.

Incase Sports armband...
i've tried a few...this is the best !
been using it for 4 months ... working out, running, sweating & all... haven't test it in the rain yet though

i got mine onsale at macmall ...

Thanks everyone. I got an Incase Sports Armband and am happy with it so far. I hope it bodes well in the rain, fall is coming...
