best back-up app for this situation...

i write notes everyday at university in my macbook and i put them all in folders depending on subject. I want this folders up in my home desktop at home, but i would like it to be backed up automatically when i connect to my home network. is there such application out there? thx for the help in advance guys

Carbon Copy Cloner will do this, as will SuperDuper! (I think).
