I see that Logos just released a Mac version. $ame price$ a$ their PC ver$ion$ (INSANE).

I just saw an ad for Accordance. I'm interested in the Dake commentaries.

Any feedback on either program?

I did a search for "bible" at MacUpdate and found that there are a lot of free Bible apps with good ratings.

Nice, I have the iPhone app from YouVersion. Wouldn't mind an off line version for the Mac though.

Macsword is the best free mac bible app. it has lots of free public domain resources. get the English Standard Version bible. its a great version and its free!

I do own Logos for mac: silver. it is a pretty sweet program but unless you are in seminary or are a pastor you should stick with the lower levels. its nice and the searching makes many things really easy. but sometimes you just cant replace a real book.

accordance is the long standing premier mac bible software. its prices are a little steep for the amount of resources you get. its good but it really shines if you are doing greek or hebrew work.
