Best Blu-Ray disks for LG BE06LU10

I'm using the LG BE06LU10. What Blu-Ray media do you use? I having problems writing to the Blu-Ray's recommended media - (TDK BD-R 50GB). DVDs are no problem.
Mac Mini, Mountain Lion 10.8.4, Toast 10 Titanium (v. 10.0.9)

Insofar as media goes, I've always had GREAT results (shouting intentional) using Verbatim brand blanks.

I buy them in 100-packs wherever I can find the best price.

Don't "cheap out" on your media. A few extra $$$ buys good stuff.

And AVOID memorex. Failures all over the place.

Back in the last decade when I still used optical media, Verbatim sure was great.

Your LG drive doesn't support LTH media, so that would mean the Verbatim 6x BD-Rs. Sony BD-Rs are also known to work well, Sony media even were the first on the market IIRC.
