What is the best book for learning Apple Final Cut Pro?

I am trying to go towards an intermediate level book, maybe even expert... actually any suggestions will do.

Not a book, but www.lynda.com has some video tutorials for advanced editing if you want.

Also Final Cut Pro 7: Visual QuickPro Guide by Lisa Brennels

Also check your local apple store to see if they'll hold free certification classes in FCP, you can find them on Apples website. Just dig around.
