Best BT Headset (over the ear)?

I need a bluetooth headset. Here's what id LIKE:

over the ear design (and comfortable)
over the head band (I wear glasses and behind the ear doesn't work)
a decent mic

I have one Tracks Air from SOL Republic and I really like then. Mine is white/white, but its possible to change the just the band or the speakers for many different colors.

The sound is nice and although it doesn't have any noise canceling its isolation is very nice.
