Best Budget External Display Options For Imac 27"

I am looking at upgrading my two external displays for my new Imac I am getting. I am looking for something that is good on the budget but something that also is almost good as the thunderbolt displays. I will be doing some video and photo editing and lots of web surfing and movie watching

Any recommendation ?
