Best Bumper Case For Verizon iPhone?

What is the best bumper case for the VZW iPhone that is,

1. Pretty thin, doesn't make the iPhone feel that thicker.
2. Under $35.
3. Doesn't cover the back.
4. Has a sort of front or back lip.
5. Is good looking and is good quality.

It's a lot of stuff but I'd really appreciate it if you could recommend me some bumpers. Thanks.

I tried the SGP Neo Hybrid EX. It fits 1-4 above. It is good looking, but not particularly good quality.

I don't have the sgp recommended above but I do have a pinlo blade edge. I think I like the pinlo better for it being more minimalist. But I don't expect the pinlo to hold up worth a damn. Every time I take it off my iPhone I'm afraid it's going to rip.
