I was just in our local Best Buy and right now the entry level Macbook Pro is $120.00 off regular price ($1879.99). Not a huge savings but for Best Buy Card holders they are also doing 18 months 0% interest financing if the balance is paid off within 18 months. Not too bad of deal!

Yes, but their current sale (the one this thread is discussing) comes out to less than the student discount (or at least it did on my iMac). And no waiting on rebates, best buy just comps your ipod.
