I was at Best Buy and bought one of the Griffin Outfit Gloss cases. Best Buy also has the silicon and another type of case but I preferred the Griffin Outfit Gloss cases. It fits in extremely tight and it's like once you install it, you can't take it out! But it's nice, slim and fitting. I think BestBuy just got it today. The SKU# is 1222735.

I don't think Canada will get cases for a while. Just recently, I checked the Apple store and they still have cases for the 2nd/3rd Gen iPod touches.
It's too bad because the Outfit Gloss case looks pretty good too.
I also picked up a case today for my 4th-gen Touch at Best Buy.
Griffin Reveal. Real nice case, clear, hard plastic in the back and black silicone around the front edges and volume/power buttons.
$25 and comes with a viewing stand that works well and is not gimmicky.
