That is a question that most people at Best Buy don't know. I was told yesterday that I should just call my local BB everyday starting this Wednesday. If I were to bet, I would say it will be available at BB sometime next week.

As far as pricing at BB, the price will be list prices for all their iPods for quite a while.

Why go to Best Buy? It's a terrible store. If you don't have an Apple Store in your area, order direct from Apple online. They have excellent service, and you don't have to deal with dirty displays and annoying salespeople trying to sell you extended warranties.

I talked to an actual clerk at best buy today who has experience with the release of apple stuff at the best buy. And he said that they never know when apple is shipping them and they basically just have a ups truck pull up and tell them that "these are your new apple products." So as a previous poster said call every day and just wait until it comes.

i called my local bestbuy today and i was told tat they will have them in stock on wendsday or thursday and ive ordered and ipod nano from apple online website it took me 1 week and half to recieve it and i live in california like 6 hours away from cupertino so im never ever buying online from the apple website im just gonna go and buy it at bestbuy
