I'm still just blown away how high the iPad prices can get

Amazing hardware ... but still just "iPads doin' iPad stuff" for the most part honestly

For me, I'd love about a 10" screen version, with the best screen possible ... don't need rear cameras or LIDAR or total overkill CPUs

With how much the bezels have shrunk, a 10" screen option would be really a nice portable size (smaller than 9.7"s were, no question)

To me, Apple are making really expensive and feature packed models that rarely get used to the potential of what the hardware actually is (largely because of the gimped iPadOS)

My cell phone company gave me $200-300 off the list at launch and 12 months interest free. Still can’t top that.

Nice hardware but this doesn’t do anything of substance that the 2018 IPP can’t do.
This is so true! I bought an m4 this year for reasons I won’t go into, and other than the lighter weight, I truly don’t think it is any better than my 2018 IPP.

Yes true, but the same can be said of the iPhone X (2017) and the current iPhone 16 Pro (2024). People still want those under the hood performance gains and quality of life improvements with each iteration.

Wow, I never realized how expensive iPad Pros are. I got an used iMac 27" 5k 2017 with 24GB of RAM and 512GB SSD (not fusion) for $400. Could have bought 2 of them for the price of one 256GB iPad Pro.

The OLED is definitely than the LCD on the 2018 when watching content.

I’m just not that sensitive when it comes to screen quality. I’m sure if I put my M4 next to my 2018 I’d agree with you, but I just can’t get that excited about having a nicer screen while watching some YouTuber content.
