iPad Best Buy Not Taking Online Orders?

So AT&T and Apple are taking online orders for the WiFi + LTE models, but not Best Buy? Anyone have a better understanding of why? Cause I surely don't. I spoke to a manager today and they said they maybe receive 2-3 AT&T models a week since launch...
