I found this deal a few days ago and pre-ordered my LE Halo 3 with the 1600 pts card a few minutes ago...good deal if you want Halo 3 (as most people do).
Online only but the points card is eligible for in-store pick up. I'm hoping the game soon becomes available for in-store pickup on release as well, but if I have to wait a few days for shipping, that's ok with me.
Could be US only, I don't know.
